The Human Resources Department is requesting approval to make changes to the City’s Classification and Compensation Plan in collaboration with various department. The request includes the following: •Creation of three new classifications •Merging of five classifications •Updating of titles or compensation for 11 existing classifications. The new classifications will bring zoo veterinary services in-house within PRCSA and create managerial oversight classifications within the Water Services Division of the Public Works Agency.
