FY24-25 Mid-Year Budget Update, Appropriation Requests, and Workforce Changes <br />March 4,2025 <br />Page 12 <br />4 <br />8 <br />6 <br />7 <br />In summary, staff requests the addition and reallocation of 13 full-time positions offset by <br />a decrease of 14.5 part-time positions, increased revenue, and reduced reliance on <br />outside contract services. <br />The Human Resources Department is requesting approval to make changes to the City’s <br />Classification and Compensation Plan in collaboration with various department.
