8. That there be no major automobile repair on the premises; <br /> <br />That there be no storage of vehicles, trucks, trailers or any <br /> equipment, and no products stored or sold on the property <br /> not normally associated with the sale of petroleum products; <br /> <br />10. That loudspeakers or microphones shall not be permitted on the <br /> premises; <br /> <br />11. That no flags or banners shall be permitted; <br /> <br />12. That the service station pole sign be 1/mired to 25' in height; <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That no obstruction be constructed along the north-south prop- <br /> erty line dividing the two properties that would prevent <br /> joint use of the driveway; <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />That compressors and other equipment be located on top of the <br /> building and insulated so as not to be disturbing to sur- <br /> rounding residences; <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That all proposed signs be directed away from surrounding <br /> residences and that they be approved by the Planning <br /> Department; <br /> <br />The following condition is to be complied with prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit; <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />That an easement be provided for Edinger Avenue for a width of <br /> 50 feet, from construction center line, and for Newhope <br /> Street for a width of 40 feet, center line to property line, <br /> for street purposes and vehicular access rights except at <br /> street intersections and to include a 25 foot radius property <br /> line spandrel at the northwest corner of Newhope Street and <br /> Edinger Avenue and at the northeast corner of Edinger Avenue <br /> and Karen Avenue. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />Access can be determined and approved prior <br />to dedication.
