RESOLUTION NO. 67-96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> ASSESSMENT MAP <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the plans and <br />specifications submitted by the Director of Public Works of said <br />City of Santa Aha for the proposed improvement of certain streets <br />in said City of Santa Ana included in Assessment District No. 233, <br />Santa Aha, California, in the City of Santa Aha, State of California, <br />said plans and specifications being on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Works of said City of Santa Aha, be and they <br />hereby are adopted as the plans and specifications for the doing of <br />said work and improvement. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the plat or map on file in <br />the office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Arm, <br />entitled "DIAGRAM OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233," be and the same <br />hereby is adopted as the plat or map describing the extent of the <br />territory to be included in the proposed assessment district. <br /> <br /> PASSED Am ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Arm at its regular meeting held on the !%h day of <br /> , 1967. <br /> <br /> Vice -Mayor ~ ' <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> City Attorney <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
