RESOLUTION NO. , 6?-?7 RESOLUTION SETTING TIME OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER THE PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE IMPROVEMENT WORK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233 SANTA ANA , CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, Calif- ornia is considering the formation of a special assessment district under and pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911,. Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Californza, for the purpose of the construction and installation of concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete cross-gutter, concrete drive- way approaches, street paving over aggregate base material, in Camille Street from Harbor Boulevard to Jackson Street, and in the Southerly one-half of Fourteenth Street from French Street to Poinsettia Street, together with appurtenances and appurtenant work, as said proposed work and improvement is shown and described upon the plans, profiles and detailed drawings of said work, and to the specifications for the doing of said work on file in the office of the Director of Public Works of said City of Santa Ana, and approved by said City Council by its Resolution No. 67-?6 adopted . ~me 17 , 1967; and WHERF~, said City Council desires to hold a public hearing, concurrently with the protest hearing under the resolution of in- tention to.be adopted in this pr?ceeding,.for the purpose.of find%ng and determxning whether the publzc convenmence and necessity requzre such improvement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of the time and place of said public hearing shall be set forth in the resolution of intention to be adopted in this assessment district proceeding, and that the Clerk of the Council shall give notice of said public ~earing by posting and publication i? ~he time and manner provided mn Section 7232 of the Santa Aha Munmcmpal Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any interested person may appear at said public hearing and be heard.
