RESOLUTION NO. 67-125 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 233, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, sealed proposals or bids for performing the work <br />and improvements described in Resolution of Intention No. 67-98 <br />of the City Council of the City of Santa Arm, California, adopted <br />June 19, 1967,.which said ~esolution i! hereby expressly'referred <br />to for a descrzption of sazd work and zmprovements and for all par- <br />ticulars relative to the proceedings under said resolution of <br />intention, have been publicly opened and examined, and said City <br />Council has declared the result of said bids at its meeting of <br />July 17th , 1967. <br /> <br /> NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that <br />said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids, <br />except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for <br />doing said work and making said improvement to the lowest responsible <br />bidder, to wit: <br /> S~lly-Miller~ntractimgG~aay <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council of <br />said City of Santa Arm is hereby directed to publish notice of said <br />award twice in The Santa Ana Register, a newspaper published and <br />circulated in said City of Santa Ana, State of California, and <br />heretofore designated for that purpose by said City Council. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />ADOPTED the ~day of July, 1967. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE) ss: <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, DORIS M.
