<br /> ~, the Superintendent of Streets of the City of
<br />Santa ~a, California did, on the 16th day of Feb~ary, 1968, f~le
<br />
<br />with the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha an assess-
<br />ment to represent the cost and expense of the work and improvement
<br />done and made by SULLY-MILLER CONTP~TING C~MPANY, contractor,
<br />pursuant to proceeding~ had and taken by sazd City Council of the
<br />City of Santa &~Ta_~ California under and Pursuant to Resolution of
<br />Intention No. 67 98 passed and adopted on the 19th day of June,
<br />1967; and
<br />
<br /> %UHEREA~, said Clerk, as appears from the affidavit on
<br />file her~in, has duly given notice by publication, posting and
<br />mailing mn the t~me, form and manner as provided by law, of the
<br />filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing thereon,
<br />which time was fixed in said notices as the 4th da~ of March, 1968
<br />at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the council chambers of saxd City Council
<br />in the City Hall located in the City of Santa t~na, California; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council has received evidence concern-
<br />ing said assessment and the proper completion of the work and im-
<br />provement for which the same was issued; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, all objections filed in writing by interested
<br />parties to said work and improvement or to the correctness of the
<br />assessment or diagram, or to any other act, determination or
<br />proceeding of the Superintendent of Streets have been disposed of
<br />without modification of said assessment:

<br /> NU~, THER]~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
<br />City of Santa Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that:
<br />
<br /> 1. The Superintendent of Streets, in order to correct
<br />a clerical error, is hereby directed to amend said assessment and
<br />assessment diagram by changing the reference therein fromM ap Book 144,
<br />Page 30, toM ap Book 35, Page 9, and fromM ap Book G, Page 7, to
<br />Map Book 11, Page 40, both of Miscellaneous Map Records.
<br />
<br /> 2. Said assessment and diagram, and the warrant attached
<br />thereto, the proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and
<br />determinations of all officers of said City of Santa Ana, California
<br />in relation thereto, be, and the same hereby are ratified and con-
<br />firmed, the Superintendent of Streets and the Mayor of said City
<br />of Santa Aha are hereby authorized to sign and countersign, respecT-
<br />ively, the warrant attached to said assessment, and the Superinten~ent
<br />of Streets is hereby ordered to deliver said warrant, assessment and
<br />diagram to SULLY-~IJ.ER CONTraCTING COMP~CNY upon the payment of all
<br />incidental expenses due thereon.
