<br />Northerly, measured at right angles, from the center line of said
<br />Fourth Street; bounded Easterly by the arc of a curve concave
<br />Northwesterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet, and being tangent to
<br />said Southerly boundary and to a line parallel and 40.00 feet
<br />Westerly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Ross
<br />Street as shown in said Ross Addition to Santa Ana; bounded North-
<br />westerly by a line that is concentric or parallel and 54.00 feet
