RESOLUTION 69-59 ACCEPTING DEEDS TO <br />REAL PROPERTY FOR WHICH THE CITY IS <br />PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PATRICIA S. LOERCH is the owner of an undivided <br />one-quarter interest of the real property more particularly des- <br />cribed below, and the said PATRICIA S. LOERCH is also conservator <br />of the ESTATE OF ESTER C. LOERCH, which is also an owner of an <br />undivided one-quarter interest in the same real property and the <br />testamentary trust of JULIUS J. JACOBS is the owner of an undivided <br />one-half interest in the said real property, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PATRICIA S. LOERCH, for herself and RUBY MAE JACOBS <br />and MARVIN JACOBS as trustees of the JULIUS J. JACOBS TRUST, have <br />executed deeds conveying their respective interests to the CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA in and to that parcel of real property generally located <br />on the Southeast Corner of Third and Bush Streets in the City of <br />Santa Ana, more particularly described below, for which the CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA is paying a cash consideration of $25,759.90. The real <br />property being conveyed is described as: <br /> <br />An undivided three-quarter interest in and to <br />Lots 7 and 10 in Block 8 of the Town of Santa <br />Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 2, <br />page 51 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles <br />County, california, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the remaining one-quarter interest in and to the <br />above described real property owned by the ESTATE OF ESTER C. LOERCH <br />is to be conveyed to the CITY OF SANTA ANA at such time as court <br />approval is obtained therefor; application having been made therefor <br />and permission anticipated to be granted upon this routine applica- <br />tion; the cash to be paid to the said Estate for the purchase of the <br />one-quarter interest being $8,759.90; and the entire transaction to <br />be handled through Escrow No. 56197C with the Security Title Insurance <br />Company of Santa Ana, California; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the city of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deeds; and Carl J.
