RESOLUTION 69-85 ACCEPTING CONSERVATOR'S <br />DEED FROM THE ESTATE OF ESTHER LOERCH <br />FOR WHICH THE CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution 69-59 the city accepted a three- <br />quarter interest to that certain real property at the southeast <br />corner of Third and Bush Streets, Santa Ana, california; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PATRICIA LOERCH, conservator of the Estate of <br />ESTHER LOERCH, conservatee, has executed a deed dated April 28, <br />1969, conveying to the city of Santa Ana the remaining undivided <br />one-fourth interest in Lot 7, Block 8 and Lot 10, Block 8 of the <br />Town of Santa Ana as shown on a Map recorded in Book 2, Page 51 <br />of Miscellaneous Records of Orange County, for which the city is <br />paying a cash consideration of $8,759.90; said transaction to be <br />handled through Escrow No. 56198-C with Security Title Insurance <br />Company, Santa Ana, California; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the city of Santa <br />Ana accepts said deed, and the Clerk of the Council is directed <br />to cause said deed together with a copy of this resolution to be <br />recorded in the office of the County Recorder. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the city Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of May, 1969. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE c'O~cIL <br /> <br />Vice MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
