Stevens and L.W. <br />Bemis offering to sell to the City the property located at the north- <br />east corner of Center Street and Falrview Avenue described as Lots 31 <br /> <br />and 32, in Santa Aha Acres, County of Orange, at a price of $3000.00 <br /> <br />per acre net, and requested authority to negotiate for the procuremen~ <br /> <br />of the property without an appraisal. On motion of Councilman Dahl, <br /> <br />seconded by Lateen and carried, the Manager was authorized to negotl- <br />ate for the purchase of the property for the development of a public <br /> <br />In Re <br />Proposed subdivision <br />regulations <br />(amendments to Code) <br /> <br />park immediately adJacen~ to proposed Elementary School site. <br /># <br />The Manager reported in regard to proposed subdivision regulation <br />amendments to the Municipal Code, one of which is a complete revision <br />of Article 7, Chapter 2 and the new additions of Article 2, Chapter 5 <br /> <br />and Article lC, Chapter 3.
