Council Chamber <br />Santa Ana City Hall <br />February 8, 1953. l:15 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met for a special meeting for the <br />purpose of considering approval of Final Map <br />of Tract No. 1575. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmen <br /> <br />Absent: Councilmen <br /> <br />In. Re <br />Map of Tract <br />No. 1575 <br /> (Quality Land Co.) <br /> <br />William Jerome, J.L.McBride, <br />Thomas F. Larsen, Milford W. Dahl, <br />Courtney R. Chandler. <br />None <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman McBride, <br /> <br />seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br /> <br />Mayor wa~ authorized to sign Map of Tract No. 1575 for the City of <br /> <br />Santa Ana as fee owner of the northerly ten feet of the subdivision <br /> <br />and all of Orange Avenue. On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded <br /> <br />by Dahl and carried, Map of Tract No. 1575, bond in the amount of <br />$28,000.00 and agreement submitted by Quality Land Company, a <br />California Corporation, were approved, for the dedication of Orange, <br />Maple and Flora Streets and a portion of Delhi Road and Central <br /> <br /> Avenue. <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Councilman Dahl, <br /> City Council adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Mayor of ~ ty f Sant Aha <br /> <br />seconded by Larsen and carried, the <br /> <br /> 'Clerk' of thee'' ~o~ncii <br /> <br /> <br />
