Neighbour, Jr. <br />covering property lying northeast of the intersection of Santa Clara <br />Avenue and Bristol Street, ~onsisting of 26 lots, was approved sub- <br />ject to the conditions that a 25 foot setback tine be established <br />throughout, that streets be 60 feet. in width, combination curbs and <br />gutters be installed and requirements on street paving in subdiv- <br />isions be complied with; also, subject to condition ~s imposed by <br />the Planning Commission that iiMarion Lane" be changed to "Marion <br />Way". <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Larsen and carried, <br />Tentative Map of Tracts Nos. 2061 and 2122, submitted by John S. <br />Griffith, lying west of Bristol Street and north of 22nd Street, <br />which tracts include the remaining and northerly portion of the <br />original Tentative Tract No. 172h, was approved subject to the <br />condition that combination curbs and gutters be installed and ~eq~ir~ <br />ments on street paving in subdivisions be complied with; alee to the <br />condition as imposed by the Planning Commission that 20 foot setback <br />lines be established. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, proper <br />officials were authorized to sign Record of Survey Map, submitted by <br />W. B. Taylor and O. J. Goodwin, Trustees, on an area between 15th <br />Street and 17th Street, west of College Avenue. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, proper <br />officials were authorized to execute agreement between the City and <br />the Eleventh Naval District, granting permission to enter certain <br />City rights-of-way for the purpose of installing a fuel pipe line <br />from certain bulk storage structures at or near Norwalk to Marine <br /> <br />Corps Air Station, E1 Toro. <br />. <br />Communication was read from the County of Orange advising that the <br />County Tax Collector will sell at public auction Lot h, Block R, <br />Tract No. 668, located on the east side of Halladay Street between <br />Anahurst Place and Delhi Road. On motion of Councilman Dahl, <br />seconded by Jerome and carried, the Clerk was instructed to notify <br /> <br />the Tax Collector that the City consents to the sale of such propert~ <br /># <br /> <br />At the request of the Purchasing Agent and on motion of Councilman <br />Larsen, seconded by Dahl and carried, the Clerk was authorized to <br />advertise for bids for one thousand 5/8" x 3/4" and fifty l" water <br />meters; bids to be opened March 15th, 195~. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, <br />that Homer Sterling be authorized to receipt for and sign releases <br />in the name of the City of Santa Ana for any money, not to exceed <br /> <br /> <br />
