On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded <br /> <br />by McBride and carried, the Attorney was instructed to prepare an <br /> <br />Ordinance to reclassify the property from the R-1 and R-2 Districts to <br /> <br />the R-3 and M-1 Districts. <br /># <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission requesting that <br /> <br />the 'Houeemoving Ordinance be .amended tq provide that an applicant for <br /> <br />building permit be required to post a performance bond to complete the <br /> <br />structure in accordance with the requirements of the Building Depart- <br />men~, Within a period of ninety days. On motion of Councilman <br /> <br />McBride, seconded by Larsen and carried, the request was referred to <br />the At't.orney amd Building Inspector with instructions to submit a <br /> <br />tentative amendment to the Housemoving Ordinance. <br /># <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission advising they have <br /> <br />no objection to the matter of proposed vacation of an area lying on th, <br /> <br />easterly side of Grand Avenue approximately 1038.79 feet south of <br /> <br /> <br />
