<br /> 5$-35 by a direct declaration that no compensation
<br /> shall be charged for spur track"
<br />
<br /> across Washington Street to be constructed by the Atchison, Topeka and
<br /> Santa Fe Railway Company, was considered and passed by the following

<br />plans and specifications for the construction of storm drain on Frenc~
<br />Spurgeon and Bush Streets, from First to Washington, as submitted by
<br />the Director of Public Works, were approved.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution,
<br />on mo~ion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:

<br /> the Clerk of the Council to advertise for bids
<br /> for the construction of storm di~ain on French,
<br /> Spurgeon and Bush Streets, from First to Washington,
<br /> and fixing the prevailing wage rate#
