<br /> mitted by Calland B~others, consisting of one hundred eighty lots,
<br /> located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Monte Vista
<br /> Avenue, Richland Avenue and Raitt Street, was held over until the
<br /> next meeting.

<br /> On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, Map of
<br /> Tract No. 2011, bond in the amount of $28,500.00 and agreement, sub-
<br /> mitted by Cecil C. DeVote, were approved for ~he dedication of
<br />
<br /> Edinger, Stanford, Pomona, Berkeley and Baker Streets.

<br /> The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution,
<br /> on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, the
<br /> following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution No. 54-40 accepting Grant Deed
<br /> conveying easement for public street"
<br />
<br /> from William L. and Ida M. Babylon covering a portion of Edinger and
<br /> Stanford Streets, was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />Tract No. 1351, bond in the amount of $27,500.00 and agreement, sub-
<br />mitred by James Development Company, were approved for the dedication
<br />of Hawley, English, Sunset, Fifth and Seventh Streets.

<br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br />application of Pacific Greyhound Lines for authority to operate bus
<br />service between the Junction of U.S.Highway 101 and Santa Clara
<br />Avenue, Santa Ana, and the Junction of U.S.Highway 101 and extension
<br />of First Street, over an alternate route, was received and filed.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br />report of the Orange County Mosquito Abatement District for the month
<br />of February, 1954, and Personnel Board Minutes dated Max. ch 24th, 1954
<br />were received and filed.
