WHEREAS, MYRTLE IRENE DREBLOW has executed a deed dated September 30, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana real prop- erty located on the north side of First Street, west of Olive Street, the southerly 40 feet thereof to be used for street purposes, for which the City is paying a cash consideration of $16,350.00. The transaction is to be handled through escrow numbered 56719 with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California; and WHEREAS, JAMES E. HEIM, Public Administrator and Administrator of the estate of JOSE DIAZ HERNANDEZ, has executed a deed dated September 8, 1969, conveying to the City of Santa Ana real property located on the north side of First Street, west of Daisy Avenue, the following described land to be used for street purposes: Ail those portions of Lot 3, Block B of the Fisher Tract, City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 90 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County lying Southerly of a line parallel with and distant 50.00 feet Northerly, measured at right angles, from the following described center line: Beginning at a point on the center line of Daisy Street, distant 20.00 feet Northerly from the center line of First Street, as shown on said map of the Fisher Tract; thence Southwesterly in a straight line to a point on the center line of First Street distant 400.00 feet Westerly from the center line intersection of said Daisy Street and First Street. for which the City is paying a cash consideration of $10,350.00. The transaction is to be handled through escrow numbered 56643-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the escrow instructions; that the city of Santa Ana accepts said deeds, and the Clerk of the Council is directed to cause said deeds together with a copy of this Resolu- tion to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
