<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance,
<br />on motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br />following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Ordinance approving the annexation of that
<br /> certain territory designated 'Delhi and
<br /> Bristol N.W.'"
<br />
<br />was considered, designated Ordinance No. NS-45 and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:

<br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome,'seconded by McBride and carried,
<br />that the Director of Finance, Hal Rager, be authorized to sign checks
<br />on the Water Meter Deposit Fund, now in The Commercial National Bank
<br />of Santa Ana, and to receipt to Hugh M. Neighbour for the cash balanc
<br />now on deposit therein in the name of the City.

<br />It was moved by Councilman McBride, seconded by Dahl and carried, fha'
<br />the question of establishing a setback line along the north side of
<br />Santa Clara Avenue, from Broadway to Main Street, 59 feet north of
<br />the surveyed center line of Santa Clara Avenue measured at right
<br />angles be referred to the Plahning Commission for recommendation to
<br />the City Council.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution,
<br />on motion of Cbuncilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the
<br />following Resolution entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Resolution No. 54-82 concerning parking
<br /> limitations and curb markings in accord-
<br /> ance therewith"
<br />
<br />establishing a 2h-minute zone on the north side of St. Andrews Place
<br />between Sycamore and Main Streets, was considered and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:

<br />
<br />received and filed.
