RESOLUTION NO. 69-17Z <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana, State of California, in regular session assembled, that the <br />plans and specifications submitted by the Director of Public <br />Works for the proposed improvement of Fourth Street fr~n Ross <br />Street to Spurgeon Street in said City of Santa Aha, California, <br />said plans and s?ecifications being on file in the office of the <br />Director of Public Works of sazd City of Santa Aha, be and they <br />hereby are adopted as the plans and specifications for doing said <br />work and making said improvement. <br /> <br />ADOPTED the 17th day of November, 1969. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss: <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
