RESOLUTION NO. 69-175 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236 <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the general <br />prevailing rate of per diem wages for each type or craft of <br />workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work or improve- <br />ment for the improvement of certain streets described in Resolution <br />of Intention No. 6q-17k adopted November 17, 1969 shall be <br />as set forth and contained in the schedule thereof in Resolution <br />No. 69-109 of the City Council adopted July 22, 1969, on file in <br />the office of the Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Ama~ <br />California. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tbmt reference to said schedule <br />shall be made in the notice inviting sealed bids and all contract <br />documents in connection with said work and improvement. <br /> <br />ADOPTED the 17th day of November, 1969. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss: <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
