RESOLUTION NO. 69-176 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236 SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that the time hereby fixed for receiving sealed proposals or bids for the doing of the work and making the improvements described in Resol.ution of Intention No. 6~-174 adopted November 17, 1969 zs the 23rd day of December, 1969 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M. Said sealed proposals or bids shall be delivered to and opened, examined and declared by the Purchasing Agent of said City of Santa Aha, California at a public hearing called by said Purchasing Agent in his office in the City Hall, Santa Aha, California at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on Tuesday, the 23rd day of December, 1969. Said Purchasing Agent shall report the results of said bidding to said City Council at its regular meeting of January 5, 1970. The Clerk of the Council of said City of Santa Aha is hereby ordered to give notice inviting such sealed bids or proposals in the time, form and manner required by law.
