Lateen, Courtney R. Chandler. <br />Milford W. Dahl <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received co?les of the <br />Minutes of June 7th, 195~, reading of the Minutes was.dispensed <br />with and approved on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by <br />Lateen and carried. <br /> <br />In Rej <br />Hearing <br />"Frank Borchard <br />Annex No. l" <br />Ordinance Declaring <br />Annexation <br /> <br />This being the date ~et for hearing protests on annexation to the <br />City of certain uninhabited territory designated "Frank Borchard <br />Annex No. 1", the protest of J. Ogden Markel, 18lb South Patton <br />Street was read, and on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by <br /> <br />Lateen and carried, the communication w~s received and filed. On <br /> <br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Larsen and carried, the <br /> <br />following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance declaring the annexation of that <br />certain territory designated "Frank Borchard <br />Annex No. l" <br /> <br />In Re <br />Hearing <br />"Antone Borchard <br />Annex" <br />Ordinance Declaring <br />Annexation <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br />, <br />This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the <br />City of certain uninhabited territory designated "Antone Borchard <br />Annex", no protests were received, On motion of Counci2man Lateen, <br />seconded by Jerome and carried, action was deferred until the next <br /> <br />meeting on the Ordinance approving the annexation, for further inform- <br /> <br />ation as to whether or not the Pacific Electric Railway intends to <br /> <br />pursue its application for removal of the tracks on Fourth Street, <br /> <br />InRe <br />!Amend. Application <br />Lillian A. Loose <br />Reclassify south <br />iside l?th St. btn <br />iLincoln and Grand: <br />,~rdinance <br /> <br />which was a eDndition in the annexation and zoning of this property. <br />This being the date set for hearing on. the amendment application of <br />Lillian A. Loose, for the reclassification of property situated on <br />the south side of 17th Street, between Lincoln and Grand Avenues, from <br />R-1 and R-2 Districts, to the C-2 District, protest was read from Mr. <br /> <br />and Mrs. <br />amendment <br /> <br />H.0.Hyatt, 1126 East 17th S~reet.
