RESOLUTION NO. <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 236 <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, sealed p~oposals or bids for performing the work <br />and improvements described zn Resolution of Intention No. 69-174 <br />of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California adopted <br />November 17, 1969, which said resolution is hereby expressly re- <br />ferred to for a description of said work and improvements and for <br />all other particulars relative to the proceedings under said <br />resolution of intention, have been publicly opened and ~xamined, <br />and said City Council has declared the result of said bzds at its <br />meeting of February 16, 1970: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ama, State of California, in regular session assembled, <br />that said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids, <br />except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for <br />doing said work and making said improvements to the lowest re- <br />sponsible bidder, to wit: <br /> <br />MOULDER BROS. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council of <br />said City of Santa Ama is hereby directed to publish notice of <br />said award twice in THE REGISTER, a newspaper published and circulated <br />in said City of Santa Aha, State of California. <br /> <br />ADOPTED the 16th day of February, 1970. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
