<br /> Communication of the Planning Commission was read submitting Resolutiol
<br /> No. 6~5 recommending the reclassification of property located on the
<br /> south side of Washington Avenue between Lincoln and Grand Avenues,
<br /> 1126 East Washington Avenue, from the R-l' and R-2 Districts to the M-1
<br /> District, in accordance with the amendment application of Charles C.
<br /> Camarata. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and
<br /> carried, a notice of public hearing was ordered published setting date
<br />
<br /> of hearing as July 19th, 1955.

<br />Communication of the Planning Commission wa,$ read submitting Resolutio~
<br />No. 645 recommending the reclassification of property situated north-
<br />west of the center line of the intersection of Delhi Road and Bristol
<br />Street, containing approximately 21.2 acres, from the R-1 District to
<br />the R-3 and C-2 Districts, in accordance with amendment application of
<br />Sunny HoMes, Incorporated. On motion of Councilman Dahl, seconded by
<br />Larsen and carried, a notice of public hearing was ordered published
<br />setting date of hearing as July 19th, 1955.

<br />Communication of the Planning Commission was read sulmaitting Resolutio~
<br />No. 646 recommending the reclassification of property located at the
<br />northeast corner of Grand Avenue and Seventeenth Street, from the C
<br />and R-2 Districts to the C-1 District, in accordance with amendment
<br />application of Clyde L. Morris. On motion of Councilman Dahl,
<br />seconded by Jerome and carried, a notice of public hearing was ordered
<br />,p, ublished setting date of hearing as July 19th, 1955.
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on
<br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the follow-
<br />ing Ordinance entitled:

<br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana
<br /> Municipal Code creating changes in district
<br /> boundaries and amending Sheet No. 6 of the
<br /> districting map to show ~he reclassification"
<br />
<br />of property situated on the south side of 17th Street, between Lincoln
<br />and Grand Avenues, from R-1 and R-2 Districts, to the C-2 District, in
<br />accordance with amendment application of Lillian A. Loose, was con-
<br />sidered, designated 'Ordinance No. NS-48 and passed by the following
