be and the same is hereby annexed to~e City of Santa Ana and to <br />Ward No. 1 in said City, and said Annexation is by this Resolution <br />effected and declared. For the purpose of tax segregation of this <br />territory, the designation that applies is the "Santa Ana City - <br />1957-1958 Annexes." <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in accordance with Government <br />Code Section 35318 the annexed territory will become a part of the <br />City of Santa Ana from the date of filing by the Secretary of <br />State.
