That a fire crash gate be provided onto Grand Avenue. <br /> <br />21. Provide storm drain and sanitary sewer facilities as required <br /> by the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />22. Pay sanitary sewer assessment on Grand Avenue or Lyon Street, <br /> or both, aCcording to connections. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />On Lyon Street place curb and gutter at 22 feet west of the <br /> center line, pave to existing pavement and place full width <br /> sidewalk with tree wells and trees. <br /> <br />24.
