THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT: Furnish the Department of Public Works a final grading plan and an on-site drainage flow plan showing the direction of flow to the adjacent streets when this property is developed, to include existing and proposed elevations at the property lines. 9. Provide a street easement for Harbor Boulevard for a width of 60 feet from center line to property line. NOTE: Dedication shall be initiated by owner, through the Department of Public Works, at least four weeks prior to application for a building permit to avoid delay. 10. Comply with all conditions set by Council for approval of PL 416. Trash areas are to be enclosed with a six-foot high screen. NOTE: It is suggested that the applicant investigate regular City fees for drainage assessment, ornamental street lights and water main connections.
