All Department Heads are responsible for periodic <br />and timely revision as required but not less frequent than <br />annually. All proposed changes will be promptly forwarded <br />through the Coordinator of Disaster Services to the Director <br />for approval. Certification of annual (or more frequent) <br />review, as of January 1, will be forwarded to the Director <br />not later than December 20, of each year. <br /> <br />If additional resources are required, the City of Santa <br />Ana Disaster Organization shall request them from the County <br />and neighboring communities under the provisions of the <br />California Disaster and Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid <br />Agreement to which Santa Aha is signatory. Annex A, <br />appendix 6. <br /> <br />Limiting factors will be considered, weighed and evaluated <br />in subsidiary plans. <br /> <br />Ail services will have contingency plans to cover foresee- <br />able or predictable interference with their basic plan. <br /> <br />Operational concepts are set forth in Annex A~g~---Limited <br />distribution will be made of this Annex to those individuals <br />requiring same. <br /> <br />Alert Warning Instructions are set forth in Annex B and <br />Attachment A to Annex A-5. <br /> <br />Information and concepts concerning the Emergency Operating <br />Center are set forth in Appendix 3 to Annex 5.
