RESOLUTION 70-71 ADDENDUM <br /> <br /> By this Addendum there is added to Resolution 70-71 the <br />following: <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED tha~ a temporary easement is necessary to <br />be obtained in connection with the demolition of existing <br />improvements erected upon Parcel 4, as described in Resolution <br />70-61, to wit: <br /> <br />"PARCEL 4: <br /> <br />The Southerly 40 feet of Lot 4 and of Lot 5 <br />in Block 1 of Crane's Subdivision of Blocks <br />1 and 2 of Salisbury's Addition to Santa Ana, <br />in the City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map <br />thereof recorded in Book 1, Page 50, of <br />Miscellaneous Record Maps, records of said <br />Orange County." <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city of Santa Ana is hereby <br />ordered to condemn such a temporary easement in the action hereto- <br />fore authorized by Resolution 70-61. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLER~ OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOP~NIA ) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
