The northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of said <br />southwest quarter of Section 30, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section 30; thence <br />North 0" 39' 45" East 986.94 feet; thence South 88" 55' 45" <br />East 1414.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South <br />88" 55' 45" East 64.00 feet; thence South 0" 39' 45" West <br />338.98 feet; thence North 89" 03' 15" West 128.00 feet; thence <br />North 0° 39' 45" East 169.64 feet; thence South 88" 59' 30" <br />East 64.00 feet; thence North 0" 39' 45" East 169.41 feet to <br />the true point of beginning. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That September ~, 1970, at the hour <br />of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, city Hall Annex, 500 West <br />Sixth Street, Santa Ana0 California, is hereby fixed as the time <br />and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to <br />said proposed street vacation; <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council of <br />the city of Santa Ana is hereby ordered to publish this Resolution <br />one time in the Register, and the Director of Public Works is <br />ordered to post notices of street vacation conspicuously along the <br />line of said street, stating the passage of this Resolution of <br />Intention to vacate and the time and place of hearing thereon. <br />Said notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart and at <br />least three (3) such notices shall be posted.
