Chandler <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Dahl, <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman La~en, seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br /> <br />statement of Burr H~ff for payment of six street lights on 15~h Street, <br /> paid as per oral agreemen.~. <br />in the.amount of $~35.00, bet.rig 50% of the ~ot~al amount, was ordere~_/ <br /> <br />On motion of Oouncilma~ Dahl, seconded by McBride and carried., the <br /> <br />Purchasing Agent was authorized to advertise for bids for radio- <br /> <br />telephone equipment for use of the Water Department. <br />. <br />On motion of Councilman Larsen, seconded by Jerome and ca,tied, the <br /> <br />findings of fact and conclusions of the Personnel Board, sitting as a <br />Trial Board, in 'the matter of charges against James Morse Ph~llipe, <br /> <br />Patrolman, were received and filed. <br /># <br />Communication was read from the Department of Public Works advising <br />tha~ .imProvements within Tract No. 2018 have been completed, and on <br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, bond <br /> <br />filed by Baker Development Company, in the sum of $18,000.00, was <br /> <br />ordered released and improvements accepted as completed. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, Seconded by Dahl and carried, the <br /> <br />report from the.State Department of Public Works Division of Water <br /> <br />Resources to the Santa Aha Regional Water Pollution Control Board on <br /> <br />a Region-wide Municipal and Industrial Dump Site Study, was received <br /> <br />and filed. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman McBride, seconded by Dahl <br /> <br />and carried, the <br /> <br />applications of Glenn O. Brooks and Robert L. Eannareno and Alexander J.
