<br />findings of fact and conclusions of the Personnel Board, sitting as a
<br />Trial Board, in 'the matter of charges against James Morse Ph~llipe,
<br />
<br />Patrolman, were received and filed.

<br />Communication was read from the Department of Public Works advising
<br />tha~ .imProvements within Tract No. 2018 have been completed, and on
<br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, bond
<br />
<br />filed by Baker Development Company, in the sum of $18,000.00, was
<br />
<br />ordered released and improvements accepted as completed.

<br />report from the.State Department of Public Works Division of Water

<br />Resources to the Santa Aha Regional Water Pollution Control Board on

<br />a Region-wide Municipal and Industrial Dump Site Study, was received
<br />
<br />and filed.
