PARCEL 4: HUBBARD STP~ET (formerly Park Street), 50.00 feet wide, as shown on a map of the Hubbard Tract in the City of Santa Ana, as per map recorded in Book 24, Page 22 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of LOs Angeles County, California, bounded northerly by the easterly prolongation of the north line of Block A in said Hubbard Tract, and bounded Southerly by a line parallel with and distant 33.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Warren Street as said Warren Street is shown on a map of said Hubbard Tract. EXCEPTING that portion of said Hubbard Street lying in Regent Street, 60.00 feet wide, as shown on said map of the Hubbard Tract.
