Completion (acquisition) of at least sixty (60) educational or <br /> training units. <br /> <br />Approval of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />A Police Sergeant with twenty (20) or more years of service with the <br />Santa Aha Police Department as of October 1, 1970 may be considered <br />for advanced pay status as set out in this section by special desig- <br />nation by the Chief of Police. <br /> <br /> Section 3.10: Any Officer holding the rank of Police Lieutenant <br />in the Santa Ana Police Department, regardless of duty assignment, who <br />meets the following requirements shall be paid at the same pay step, <br />but at two (2) pay schedules above the base schedule and step to which <br />he would be otherwise entitled.
