On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by <br />Lateen and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was? <br /> <br /> In Re <br />Variance <br />Martin-Tancredi <br />Construction Co. <br /> <br />approved and variance granted subject to the conditions as imposed <br />the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />Communications were read from the Planning Commission recommending <br />granting of variance to Martin-Tancredi Construction Company to divid~ <br />the lot at 11!1 and 1115 North Baker Street, which is 90~ wide and <br />273' deep, into two 45' x 273' lots, and to build two houses, each <br />with three bedrooms and l~ baths, the side yards to be 4' and the <br /> <br />setback to be in line with existing buildings,and from the Departmen~ <br />of Public Works that construction of sidewalk across entire frontage <br />is needed. On motion of Councilman Larsen, seconded by Dahl and <br />carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was aoproved <br />and variance grapted subject to the conditions es imposed by the <br /> <br />Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> <br />
