Council Chamber <br />Santa Ana City Hall <br />November 15, 1954. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.MoBride, Thomas F. Lateen, <br /> Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. <br />Absent: Councilmen None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br />of November let, 1954, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and <br />approved on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried. <br /> <br /> In Re <br />Hearing <br />Vehicle Parking <br />District No. I <br /> <br />This being the d~te set for hearing protests on Vehicle Parking DietriO~ <br />· Lot No. l, the Clerk read those portions of report of Engineer, Sidney <br />L. Lowry, required to be read and protests of Paul K. Alberts and <br />Everard L. Stovall, and petitions of the Church of the Messiah and of <br />the First Congregational Church, requesting exclusion from the propose <br /> <br />Parking District. It was moved by Councilman Dahl, seconded by <br />Jerome and carried, that protest~ to the formation of the Parking Dis- <br />trict be heard and no verbal protests being made, the hearing was <br />closed. <br /> <br />The Mayor asked to hear the exclusion protestante and Attorney William <br /> <br /> <br />
