RESOLUTION 71-4 AMENDING SECTION 3 <br />OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO REVISE <br />SALARY ALLOCATION OF PLAN EXAMINER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and <br />adopted Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic <br />Compensation Plan for employees of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 20, 1969, Resolution No. 58-281 was further <br />amended to add class title of Plan Examiner. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution <br />No. 58-281, as amended, is hereeby further amended by revising the <br />salary allocation of Plan Examiner as next herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SALARY RANGE NO. <br /> <br />Plan Examiner <br /> <br />47 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take <br />effect on January 1, 1971. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~th day of <br /> Januar~ , 1971. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
