THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO THE <br />ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT: <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br />Furnish the Department of Public Works a final grading plan <br />and an on-site drainage flow plan showing the direction of <br />flow to the adjacent streets. <br /> <br />6. Pay sanitary sewer main assessment on Glassell Avenue. <br /> <br />7. Pay drainage assessment fee. <br /> <br />8. Pay for future ornamental street lights (with underground <br /> connections). <br /> <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE TO BE COMPLIED WITH PRIOR TO ISSUANCE <br />OF UTILITIES RELEASE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING SAFETY AND <br />HOUSING: <br /> <br />9. Provide sanitary sewer facilities as required by the Department <br /> of Public Works. <br /> <br />10.
