10. <br /> <br />Submit street improvement plans by a civil engineer <br />for Bristol Street. (NOTE: Plans are in progress) <br />and for culvert at F-2 channel as required by <br />Department of Public Works and Orange County Flood <br />Control District. (All elevations to be on 1958 <br />Orange County Survey Datum.) <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Ail plans and surveys for the required improvements <br />shall be completed by the engineer and submitted to <br />the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Install approved ornamental street lights (with <br />underground connections) along all frontages in <br />accord~ce with approved systems. <br /> <br />The following conditions are to be complied with prior <br />to issuance of utilities release by the Department of <br />Building Safety and Housing: <br /> <br />13. Provide sanitary sewer facilities as required by <br /> the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />14. Provide storm drain facilities as required by the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />15. On MacArthur Boulevard place full width 8 foot side- <br /> walk with tree wells and trees at $17.50 each. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />Improve Bristol Street to include pavement to meet <br />existing pavement, curb and gutter located according <br />to design of street and an eight-foot wide sidewalk <br />with tree wells and trees at $17.50 each. Work <br />also to include culvert widening with sidewalk as <br />required by Department of Public Works and Orange <br />County Flood Control District. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />To share in the cost of the installation of a <br />traffic control signal system to be located at the <br />median break on Bristol Street midway between <br />Sunflower Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard. Signal <br />to be installed by the developer under VA 70-68 <br />on the west side of Bristol Street at the time of <br />the development of The Treasury. The total cost of <br />the signal system is to be shared between the <br />developer on the east side of Bristol Street and <br />the developer on the west side of Bristol Street, <br />with their shares being in proportion to t_he sizes <br />of the two properties being served by the median <br />break. The administration of this condition, <br />including the assigning of proportionate costs and <br />the providing of a method ofr reimbursement to the <br />installing developer, shall be the responsibility <br />of the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />NOTE: For VA70-68 the City Council granted an appeal <br /> to developer on the west side of Bristol. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Construct a six foot chain link fence along the <br />right of way for the F-2 channel.
