Street easement for a width of 40 feet <br /> from center line to property line. <br /> <br />Vehicular access rights to McFadden <br />Avenue except at the east 26 feet of <br />westerly 83 feet. <br /> <br />The development shall be surrounded by a solid redwood or <br />cedar fence or solid masonry wall or combination thereof, <br />the height of which shall be in accordance with Section <br />41-610 of the Zoning Ordinance.
