Also <br />plan 47-12 for Plaza Drive. <br /> <br />Ail plans and surveys for the required improvements <br />shall be completed by the engineer and submitted to <br />the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> <br />Install approved ornamental street lights (with <br />underground connections) along all street frontage <br />in accordance with approved system (or pay deposit <br />as required by Public Works Department). <br /> <br />The following conditions are to be complied with prior to <br />issuance of utilities release by the Department of Building <br />Safety and Housing: <br /> <br />Provide sanitary sewer facilities as required by the <br />Department of Public Works and Department of Building <br />Safety and Housing. <br /> <br />B.
