RESOLUTION NO. 72-80 <br /> <br />SANTA ANA CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />NO. 72-80,OVERRULING THE DECISION <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND <br />GRANTING APPEAL NO. 307 AND APPROV- <br />ING VARIANCE APPLICATION 72-49 FILED <br />BY HOWARD I. PAMPLIN AND LEONARD R. <br />PAMPLIN <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Findings of Fact <br />of the Planning Commission and testimony presented before <br />the City Council, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />hereby reverses the decision of the Planning Commission and <br />grants Appeal No. 307 on Variance Application 72-49 filed by <br />Howard I. and Leonard R. Pamplin to allow offstreet parking <br />on a lot with an existing residence and to waive the required <br />wall at 334 W. 18th Street in the R 2 B District subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />That development be according to the approved plot plan, <br />except for minor modifications approved by the Planning <br />Department. <br /> <br />That all conditions of the Building and Fire Departments <br />be met. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />That a landscape plan be submitted to and approved by <br />the Planning Department, including the provisions of <br />Sec. 41-618 of the Zoning Ordinance, and that said land- <br />scaping be implemented and be continuously maintained. <br /> <br />submit to the Department of Public Works, for their appro- <br />val, an acceptable final grading plan or an on-site drain- <br />age plan or both, showing the direction and means of flow <br />to the adjacent street(s) or channel(s) when this property <br />is developed· Plan is to include existing and proposed <br />elevations at the property lines. Applicants should check <br />with the Department of Public Works for extent of study <br />needs· <br /> <br />5. Dedicate required street or alley right of way. <br /> <br />6. Dedicate vehicular access rights. <br /> <br />7. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />8. Pay street tree charges. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Repair or replace existing street improvements to City <br />standards: <br /> <br />a. Sidewalk <br /> <br />10. Close existing driveways as required to City Standards. <br /> <br />11. Ail public improvement construction shall be subject to <br /> inspection and approval by the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Required property dedications shall be initiated by the <br />owner, through the Department of Public Works, at least <br />four weeks prior to application for a building permit, <br />or use as applicable, to avoid delay. <br /> <br /> <br />
