RESOLUTION 72-81 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING <br />CERTAIN OF ITS MEMBERS TO FILE WRITTEN ARGU- <br />MENTS REGARDING CITY MEASURES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an election is to be held in the City of Santa <br />Ana on November 7, 1972, at which there will be submitted to the <br />qualified electors of said city the following city measures: <br /> <br />PROPOSITION A - CITY OF SANTA ANA FIRE PROTECTION <br />AND RESCUE FACILITIES BONDS: Shall the City of <br />Santa Aha incur a bonded indebtedness in the <br />principal amount of $2,681,000 for the purpose of <br />additions and improvements to the fire protection <br />system and rescue facilities of the City includ- <br />ing fire stations, additions to the fire alarm <br />and communications system and other fire fighting <br />facilities, including additional fire station <br />sites in various areas of the City, and including <br />for all the foregoing land, furniture, equipment, <br />facilities and all other property necessary <br />therefor? <br /> <br /> PROPOSITION B - CITY OF SANTA ANA STORM DRAINS <br />AND SEWERS BONDS: Shall the City of Santa Ana <br />incur a bonded indebtedness in the principal sum <br />of $4,988,000 for the acquisition and construction <br />by said City of additions and improvements to the <br />storm drainage system of the City; additions, <br />improvements and replacements of the sanitary sewer <br />system of the City including trunk and connecting <br />sewers; and including for all of the foregoing, <br />land, equipment, facilities and all other property <br />necessary therefor? <br /> <br />PROPOSITION C - CITY OF SANTA ANA OPEN SPACE <br />LAND ACQUISITION (FOR GREENBELT, PARK AND <br />RECREATIONAL FACILITIES) DEVELOPMENT BONDS: <br />Shall the City of Santa Ana incur a bonded <br />indebtedness in the principal sum of $4,642,500 <br />for the acquisition of open space and park and <br />recreational facilities development, including <br />establishment and development of neighborhood <br />parks, mini-parks and community recreational <br />facilities throughout the City including neces- <br />sary land and other property rights therefor <br />and for the foregoing, equipment, facilities <br />and all other property necessary therefor? <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, <br />California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
