Details of requirements: <br /> <br />(1) Improvement plans: <br /> <br />(a) Sullivan Street <br /> <br />(2) Improvements: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Sullivan Street with pavement to meet <br />existing pavement, curb and gutter at <br />20 feet west of the center line and <br />sidewalk. <br /> <br />NOTE: To be no curbside parking on Sullivan Street. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />The applicant should investigate standard <br />fees for street improvement, future ornamen- <br />tal street lights, etc. <br /> <br /> <br />
