RESOLUTION NO. 73-59 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA UPHOLDING THE DECISION <br />OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AND APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT 73-3 FILED BY THE APOSTOLIC ASSEMBLY <br />OF FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the findings of fact <br />of the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana, the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby grant <br />CuP 73-3 filed by the Apostolic Assembly of Faith in Jesus <br />Christ, 223 N. Harper, Santa Ana, to build an addition to <br />an existing chruch, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Restriction of service on weekdays to no later <br />than 9:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday to no later than <br />10:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> 2. Elimination of all electric a~plification on the <br />premises after 8:00 p.m. on weekdays, and after 9:00 p.m. <br />on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. <br /> <br /> 3. That no windows be permitted along the southerly <br />wall of the proposed addition. <br /> <br /> 4. That the southerly wall of the proposed addition <br />be soundproofed.in a manner acceptable to the Director of <br />Planning and the Director of Building and Safety. <br /> <br /> 5. That improvements to the offstreet parking faci- <br />lity be completed prior to the issuance of a building permit <br />for the proposed addition. <br /> <br />6. That the "CUP" be subject to annual review. <br /> <br />7. The following standard requirements must be met: <br /> <br />a. That all conditions of the Building Depart- <br /> ment be met. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />That a landscape plan be submitted to and <br />approved by the Planning Department, in- <br />including theYprovisions of Sec. 41-618 of <br />~he Zoning Ordinance (prior to issuance <br />of a building permit) and that said land- <br />scaping be implemented (prior to utility <br />release) and be continuously maintained. <br /> <br />c. That any trash areas be enclosed in accor- <br /> dance with the Planning Department standards. <br /> <br />d. That all condition~ of the Fire Department <br /> be met. <br /> <br />8. Pay street lighting deposit for future street lights. <br /> <br />9. The following requirements must also be met: <br /> <br />That a revised plot plan be submitted showing <br />a 20' wide driveway, 23 parking spaces (17 <br />spaces in 90° parking and 6 in parallel), <br /> <br /> <br />
