RESOLUTION NO. 73-59 <br /> <br />complete paving and striping of all driveway <br />and parking areas to City's standards. <br /> <br />That the gates at the driveway entrance be <br />removed and gates providing a 20' opening be <br />provided (or gates at driveway entrance be <br />eliminated). The existing utility pole adja- <br />cent to the front property line is to be moved <br />to accommodate a 20' wide driveway. <br /> <br />That the existing single family residence be <br />completely demolished upon completion of the <br />new building or six (6) months after construc- <br />tion commences, whichever comes first. <br /> <br />d. That all lights for the parking area be re- <br /> flected away from adjacent residences. <br /> <br />That services in the church and activities in <br />the meeting hall not be held concurrently in <br />order to avoid parking problems. <br /> <br />f. The following requirements are also to be com- <br /> plied with prior to issuance of a building permit: <br /> <br />1. Pay water main charges for Harper Street if <br /> connection to City main is desired. <br /> <br />Provide a cash bond for future pavement, <br />curb and gutter, sidewalk, drive approach, <br />tree and street plans for Harper Street. <br /> <br />The building and its use shall conform to the <br />regulations of Title 19, California Administra- <br />tive Code (Public Safety) and the Uniform Fire <br />Code. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~%h <br />day of June , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
