RESOLUTION NO. 73-76 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING SECTION <br />3 OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 INCREASING <br />THE SALARY SCHEDULE ALLOCATIONS FOR <br />CERTAIN MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and <br />adopted Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the <br />Basic Compensation Plan for'employees of the City of Santa Ana; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br />this Resolution; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with stipulations of Memoranda of <br />Understanding between the City of Santa Ana and the several Asso- <br />ciations of City Employees the City Council on September 5, 1972 <br />passed and adopted Resolution 72-99 incorporating the provisions <br />of these Memoranda which provided increases for all employees <br />effective September 1, 1972 and subsequent increases for all <br />employees, except management personnel, effective April 1 and <br />July 1, 1973 and January 1 or April 1, 1974 (sworn Police and <br />Fire personnel only); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to adjust the salary range <br />allocations of certain management olassifications listed in Section <br />3 of Resolution No. 58-281; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution <br />No. 58-281 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 3: Allocation of Classes of Employment to Salary <br />and Wage Schedules.
