RESOLUTION 73-83 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION 73-76 BY <br />DELETING THEREFROM THE ALLOCATION OF THE CLERK <br />OF THE COUNCIL TO THE SALARY AND WAGE SCHEDULES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of July 16, 1973 the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana allocated the position <br />of the Clerk of the Council to the Salary and Wage Schedules <br />of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its special meeting on July 20, 1973 the <br />City Council requested that a resolution be prepared for its <br />August 6, 1973 Agenda establishing the salary of the Clerk <br />of the Council at a flat rate; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution 73-82 designating a flat rate salary <br />for the Clerk of the Council has been prepared and is scheduled <br />for City Council consideration at its August 6, 1973 meeting; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the allocation of <br />the Clerk of the Council to the Salary and Wage Schedules of <br />the City of Santa Ana be deleted from Resolution 73-76. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall take <br />effect as of the 1st day of July, 1973. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6 <br />day of August , 1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
