RESOLUTION 73-82 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF THE CLERK <br />OF THE COUNCIL ON A FLAT RATE BASIS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council recently adjusted the salary of <br />the Clerk of the Council to bring it into the range of currently <br />prevalent salaries for similar positions in cities of comparable <br />size; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the incumbent Clerk of the Council has progressed <br />through the assigned salary range and is currently on the maximum <br />step of that range; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to place the <br />position of Clerk of the Council on a fixed salary rate equivalent <br />to the maximum rate of the currently assigned salary range; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the salary for the <br />~osition of Clerk of the Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, <br />is hereby fixed and established at a flat rate of $1,684 per month <br />and that said salary shall be paid in the same manner and at the <br />same time as other monthly salaries in the City are paid. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its special meeting held on the 8 day of August <br />1973. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
