Resolution No. 73-106 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha is hereby ordered to publish this <br />Resolution one time in The Register, and the Director of Public <br />Works is ordered to post notices of alley vacation conspicuously <br />along the line of said alley stating the passage of this <br />Resolution of Intention to vacate and the time and the place <br />of the hearing thereon. Said notices shall be posted not more <br />than 300 feet apart and at least three (3) such notices shall <br />be posted.
