RESOLUTION NO. 73-127 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br />the approval of the Planning Department as <br />to size. <br /> <br />de <br /> <br />Only one marquee sign shall be permitted on <br />the subject property for the theatre. <br /> <br />Helicopter landing facility shall meet all <br />applicable regulations of the Building and <br />Fire Departments. (See Section 2 F "Present <br />Use" for clarification). <br /> <br />fe <br /> <br />Emergency access, on-site hydrants, and water <br />flow capacities shall be in accordance with <br />UFC-71 Article and Section 13.301 and 13.208. <br /> <br />The hydrants shall be installed to conform to <br />Improve~ent Standard 403 and 423 and painted <br />chrome yellow. This system plan, including <br />calculations shall be submitted to us for <br />approval. <br /> <br />Five copies of the hydrant system plan, includ- <br />ing calculations shall be submitted to us for <br />approval. <br /> <br />Commercial cooking facility shall have plans <br />approved for automatic dry chemical extin- <br />guishing system in accordance with UFC-71 <br />Article and Section 13.315. <br /> <br />The building and its use shall conform to <br />regulations of Title 19, California Adminis- <br />tration Code (Public Safety) and the Uniform <br />Fire Code pertaining to a Group B, Division <br />2 occupancy. <br /> <br />ke <br /> <br />2A-10BC rated dry chemical fire extinguisher <br />(portable) shall be provided in conspicuous <br />and accessible locations within 100 feet of <br />travel distance from any area of the building. <br /> <br />That they be placed in break-glass cabinets <br />to deter tampering. <br /> <br />Ail drapes, drops, and other decorative materials, <br />including Christmas trees, shall be made from <br />a non-flammable material or shall be treated and <br />maintained in a flame-retardant condition. <br /> <br />That the building be protected with an automatic <br />fire sprinkler system which would provide maxi- <br />mum fire protection at a minimum fire insurance <br />cost. System to conform with NFPA pamphlet 913. <br /> <br />Plans of the above 9 conditions shall be sub- <br />mitted to the Department for approval. <br /> <br />The following requirement must be complied with as a condition <br />of approval: <br /> <br />1. Submit a revised plot plan showing no new drive <br /> approach on Juniper Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
