On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by <br /> <br />Markel and carried, a notice was ordered published 'setting the date of public hearin <br /> <br />as February 20, 1956, to establish parallel parking on Fourth Street and to consider <br /> <br />In Re <br />Budget 1955-56 <br />Revision <br /> <br />the adoption of an Ordinance for such parking. <br /> <br />The Manager recommended approval for a decrease in the total of allocation in the <br /> <br />General Fund of $52,285.00 and a decrease in the allocation of Fund 23-Recreation <br /> <br />and Parks $7,395.00, a total of $59,680.00, which will be returnable to the Council <br /> <br />Contingency Reserve Fund~ as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
